This is an awesome house. We poured our heart into making it our family's comfy spot in the world. We need to relocate, however. Our loss, your gain!This house is 1067 square feet of living space, and sports 3 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms. The living room is really spacious and is decked out with an upgraded shag-like carpet and a cozy gas / wood fireplace. The kitchen has earth-toned tile throughout, upgraded cabinets, corian countertops, and stainless steel appliances: dishwasher, fridge, stove, and microwave. This house is also hooked into a state-of-the-art water softener and purification system.All rooms are carpeted and equipped with ceiling fans, and central air conditioning.Garage is a two car garage with decent storage space and a laundry room.The backyard is huge! Fiberglass pools are much less maintenance than a traditional gunite pool, are stronger and more flexible, and require less money for upkeep. The community is a great family community.
